#asktheexperts my baby is 10 month old what I can give her in meal in winters and can we start cow milk or should continue with powder milk till which age?

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 days agoA. Namaste Mom Milk as such you can introduce but only in cooked form for now such as in porridge or kheer or custard etc can be given panner curds etc whole milk as start from the age of 1
