#asktheexperts My baby is 1 year old and take lactrogen 3 formula when can i stop it and shift her on normal cow milk?

A. Hello mama once ur baby completes one year ,then formula milk is no longer required.. u can now start to give cow milk to ur baby. u can just give it plain or add little sugar or honey or give different milk shakes
