#asktheexperts my baby is 1 year old and he is very thin not chubby. im giving all the foods and milk too. but he is very active. nd often he vomit or spit up while eating like weekly thrice or twice. please help me.

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. Dear parent, a little bit of vomiting or spitting is normal among babies, do not worry. Weight and chubby child is not the only indicator for good health. If baby is active, playful and achieving all growth milestones, has tripled the birth weight by one year then it indicates good health. For healthy weight gain and growth, continue to give a balanced diet having variety of food groups.
