#asktheexperts My baby is 1 year 3 months old. He was having diahorrea since 2 days but fever is still continuing as its 4th day. And so much perianal rashes are there. What can be cause of fever?

A. Rashes are due to diarrhoea and if the baby is under medication then complete the course and give enterogermina twice a day for 3 days and give curd daily and rice khichdi Upma poha banana can be given

A. hi dear Temperatures of up to 102.5 F (39 C) in a child 3 months to 3 years of age, or up to 103 F (39.4 C) if your child is older. These temperatures can be common, but not necessarily worrisome. Low-grade fevers. If your infant or child was recently immunized, these can be normal if they last fewer than 48 hours.
