#asktheExperts my baby is 1 and a half month old. whenever i feed him he sleep within 15 to 20 mins, and sometime i feed him approx 1 hour. how i got to know that he is full ? is this normal?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. they use to sleep soon during feeding because , newborn do get tiered of sucking.. or might be he or she is full, If the baby is fussy after feeds, then he or she is still hungry or tummy is not full yet.

SantoMom of a 8 yr 7 m old girl3 years agoA. if s baby tummy is full then chekx if passing urine 7-8 times in 24 hours and if baby is looking content after every feed. And your breast may seem weightless after feed. If so baby is getting enough feed. Babies don't starve. They will sure cry if they are hungry. Just burp well after every feed. If baby is feeling content after feed then no isseus it means baby had fed well.
