A. hello Parent :) my daughter is also of same age and had the same Birth weight. currently she weighs less than your baby. I can totally understand the struggle of feeding small babies as I am in the same situation. instead of milk can you try curd? it will help babies get required calcium. also almonds, they are good for calcium May be try dates as well (date puree etc). dates help in regulating bowel movements. I am not a medical expert but have a baby of low weight percentile hence sharing my experiences. feel free to connect !

A. You need to give plenty of water and fibre diet to the child and your child appears to be suffering from constipation. In addition try to give papaya banana oats fennel seeds water kishmish vegetables and fruits specially with covers. If your doctor has prescribed constipation medicine then kindly continue them Many times you have to completde course of constipation medicine. Decrease the milk intake to around 200 ml to 300 ml per day only. The probledm of constipation decreases with increasing age of the child and the medicines give only symptomatic relief.
