please give syp dolo for the time being, use saline nasal drops and it is preferable to consult your doctor in person for further clinical examination and its management.

Maxtra af and calpol you can give to the child as of now that would be good the first one is for cough which can be given three times in the day the second one is for fever which you can repeat every six hours for your child after taking the temperature if it is there then you can give the medicine
