Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy1 Year agoA. fever for more than 3 days is not a simple fever and examination is required for the same and you can continue to give the fever medicine like paracetamold and if needed higher medicine like ibugesic / meftal p. kindly do body sponge and give fluids at regular intervals and regular diet and meetx the doctor immediately.

Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 1 m old girl1 Year agoA. hi as fever has been since 7 days you must consult your pediatrician it is very important please keep your child well hydrated give decotion of warm water, Tulsi leaves with pinch of salt in 2 tbsp quantity every 2 hours
