Mam nose block is not because of cough nose block is usually due to blocked nose where the cold is there not necessarily because of cough because cough leads to throat congestion and chest congestion not knows but still if you want I would advise you to put nasal drops give steam indirectly and start with oral drops for cough I can recommend you to give MAXTRA
