#asktheexperts ..my baby have constipation problem from last year. i give munnaka to him ..its effective but not so much..what else can we do

ExpertDr Mahesh PatilPaediatrician4 years agoA. hi your baby is 4 years old now to help stool passage give plenty of fluids including milk and include seasonal fruits and vegetables,fibre like oats in diet avoid maida products like biscuits and keep baby physically active
