Q.

#asktheexperts. My baby has these marks on hand and leg and on stomach marks not present but area is dried I applied momsco moisturizer but on stomach it's got blackish. after apply of boroplus blackish marks faded and on leg marks gone but on gand it's get light. I thought it just a dryness issue. please tell me is it dryness or something else.
