#asktheexperts my baby has congestion in nose and face problems while sleeping.....what to do for that ?

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy2 years agoA. give nasal saline drops every few hourly to the child in the nasal cavity. try to prevent temperature variations around the child you can go for indirect steam inhalation which will again help in decreasing both cough and cold continue the regular diet ofd the child if there is no improvement in few days then meet your doctor for fevder and pain give paracetamol. anti-cold medicines at this age have got side effects so can be given only after medical consultation.

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl2 years agoA. You can use nasal drops whenever you are making your child sleep over 10 to 15 minutes before that you can use nasal drops that is going to help me in opening of the nose blockage and it would be easier for your child to sleep well
