#asktheexperts my baby has completed his 3 months and how should we take care of him and which food is preferable

Baby should be exclusively Breastfeed till completion of 6 months
Nothing except mother's milk should be given as this is best nutrition for the baby
formula milk can be given on paediatricians advice

Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and please give your baby breastfeeding exclusively for the first six months and also massage twice a day with almond oil and olive oil. Also you should have more green leaves vegetables and dairy products as you are a breastfeeding mother.
