Q.

#asktheexperts my baby has completed 8 months now..so can I start giving her walnut in any porridge..if yes then how much i should give?

A. yes you can start with 1 tea spoon in morning check for any reaction and then give in more quantity as per demand maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output maintain hygiene in the area clean with Luke warm

A. Hi mom Yes now u can start to give walnuts to the baby. There is no problem in that. one walnut powder will be enough to add in the porridge. u can also give other dry fruits like almonds cashew nuts etc
