#asktheexperts My baby has 6 months 20 days old. He weighs 9 kg. should I give iron drops to him?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. weight is pretty good.. not every child need iron drops after 6 month.. if you are concern consult with Paedritician in person, he or she will advice you after proper clinical examination.

any medicine on your pediatric advice after observation only..
