#asktheexperts my baby got the premolar teeth as the first tooth. his incisions are yet to come is to normal to have that? any suggestions doctor?

A. there are no premolars in milk teeth. if the child is getting molars first there is nothing that is to be done but you should visit a dentist and get a proper check up done.
