Ma’am is it 15 years 15 days or what it is that’s not clear to me but yes it seems like your child is sick from last 15 days and getting irritated could be because of teeth so I think it’s important for you to take an assessment with your doctor and what sickness are we talking about that is also not clear if needed you can also get an elaborator blood test
