#asktheexperts My baby girl is 8 months and 28 days old. she is having fever with symptoms of measles like body rashes.. kindly suggest some remedy

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. fever with rash are usually viral infection and they are self limiting that is self resolving disease.
for fever you have to continue to give paracetamol and it can be given after every 6 hours if fever is coming.
give plenty of fluids to drink to the child and do body sponge to decrease the surface temperature. after 2 days if it is not improving meet your doctor for medicines.
if you feel that the child is having skin itching then meet your doctor more early
