Q.

#asktheexperts my baby girl is 43 days old. Is cow milk safe for her? if yes, then how to fed it? do we need to dilute it by mixing some amount of water to cow milk? do we need to add sugar to the same? if yes, then how much sugar?

A. no cow or any other animal milk before 1 year of age, breast milk or formula milk is the best thing for your baby, and ensure they get the right balance of nutrients.

A. You should give your baby only breast milk or iron-fortified formula during the first 12 months of life, not cow's milk. Starting at age 6 months, you may add solid foods to your baby's diet. ...
