Hello mother. children are sometime fussy with food. it can be due to weather or some mood swings so dont worry but try to give your child small and frequent meals. Make meals more nutrient dense like stuffing roti with paneer or dal and make it soft. Try to make meal more flavourful and Handy so that your child enjoys it. Also keep them hydrated with regular fluid intake like plain water, lemon water, coconut water, fresh fruit juices.
