you can dry roast other dals with rice and store as home made cerelac.
also introduce fruits, boiled veggies in your baby's diet. also continue breastfeeding.
banana, apple, avoid citrus fruits.
potato, sweet potato, carrot, bottle gourd, red pumpkin all boiled and mashed.
Neelam ChinnappaMom of a 7 yr 3 m old boy3 years agoA. hey mommy you can start with solids after the baby completes 6 months. time start with you can give mashed rice once a day. once the baby settles down with that you can add mashed dal. the next step would be to introduce vegetable and fruit purees. always remember to keep three days between two new ingredients and no salt and no sugar until the baby completes a year
