ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear parent, you should avoid giving such packaged foods like cerelac. Gradually reduce the quantity of such packaged foods and instead give more of homemade foods. Give variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables.

check some receipes in the first cry parenting section..
give natural appetizer as coconut water ajwain water or jeera water..
have meal together..
let the baby have his own meals..
