#asktheexperts my baby feel hot.bt temperature is normal.need to give calpol?? or else?

A. Hello, your baby boy is 5 months old and if his head is hot but temperature is very normal then it’s not a fever but hyper dynamic circulation and give him frequent breast feeding and No paracetamol

A. only if the baby has temperature you should give calpol only after checking it on the thermometer. sometimes due to over dressing or any other reason especially in summers baby's body temp may seem warmer. but that doesnt mean baby has fever. please always check the temperature on thermometer and only then give medicine if required.
