#asktheexperts My baby doesn’t like fruits in any form … Is a matter to be worried about … or can babies get their nutritional requirements from the daily home meals itself ???

Write Your Answer Here Yes they get most of their nutritional requirements with the food that you are giving but fruits are also equally important part because there is so much rich in fibre they have their own benefits for a person so of course it has its own nutritional value for a child which cannot be completed with other food
