#asktheexperts my baby doesn't eat anything healthy. what finger foods can I give her for weight gain and nutrition

A. Dear mum, for your 1 year 8 months old baby, you can give finger foods like veggie sticks with curd dip, fruits, chikki, cutlets, fruit milk smoothie, vegetable/ paneer/non veg cutlets, ragi sooji dosa, seviyan kheer, bread Toasties with vegetables, besan or moong cheela/bread, soya cutlets, bread with peanut butter, peanut, dryfruit chikki, vegetable stuffed paratha, idli with tomato peanut chutney. incorporate vegetables and paneer, soya in snacks to make nutritious.
