You are still breastfeeding the child then first you should quit on breastfeeding second I’m going to tell you that you should restrict the amount of milk otherwise also to maximum 500 ML in a day not more than that because kids will behave like this generally continue to stick on feeding or if you continue to give it more which is not healthy for them
