#asktheexperts my baby daughter age is 1 yr 9month.pls give me a perfect daily food chart for her!!!and in this age formula milk taking good or bad for her health??

You can continue with formula if you want but you can also introduce cows and buffaloes milk for your child and when it comes to food you should practically be giving each and everything to the child whatever you were traditionally making at home for your whole family so the food on your plate is the right food to be given to the child
