#asktheexperts My baby boy is now 15 months old. We are giving him formula milk. Is it safe to give him cow’s milk?

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Cow's milk should be introduced to the child only after 1 year of age .
Earlier dintroduction of cows milk can lead to micro bleeding in the digestive tract.
It's also ddeficient in iron vit E,C and essential fatty acid.
It's also lacking ideal proportion of protein and fats present in breast milk or any formula milk .
