#asktheexperts my baby boy is 7 months old and he is allergic from milk what should I do? should I stop giving milk toh him or what will you recommend to eat

A. allergic to milk avoid giving milk and dairy products to baby you can give ragi porridge wheat porridge rice porridge Dalia sabudana khichdi cerelac puree mashed boiled fruits and vegetables as potato sweet potato carrot papaya pear sapota banana apple pumpkin remember one new food one at a time
