#asktheexperts My baby aged 19 months gets blocked bose while sleeping in AC.i wear her full sleeves sleepsuit and maintaining the temp to alway 30 degrees.Even though she gets blocked nose which is releived after 15 min of switching of the AC. She sweats a lot if AC is not switched on and wakes frequnetly

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. you can just make the temperature of the air conditioner at 28 degree centigrade also you can use humidifier in such situation it will help and you can use saline drops in the nose
