#asktheexperts my baby age is 6months now please suggest me food everyone saying now it's time to start farex or cerlax which one is good for my baby?

Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy2 years agoA. Hello good afternoon !! Until 5 complete months exclusive breast milk or formula milk is suggested,from 6 month onwards start semi solid foods once or twice a day and rest of the day milk either breast milk or formula milk.
Fruits and vegetables puriees,mashes, home made cerelac, porridge, malts are suggested, check suitability before introducing new food items.
give home made cerelac instead packed/processed cerelac.
