#asktheexperts my baby age approx 2 years I need to know about protein supplements that I can add into cow milk groviva gold or little joy which one is best.

A. dear mum , none of the protein supplement or health mixes is required . these are loaded with sugar also does not create healthy eating habits a balanced home diet is enough for optimum growth
