Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of 2 children3 years agoA. may be any gas. For better understanding of the situation it need to be examined by a doctor preferred your family doctor and any medication if required can be suggested by the doctor after examination only .

See you will have to talk to your doctor regarding this because at this age also child at least 15 hours on the minimum side in fact more than this only but if your child is not doing it that no it’s better to talk to your doctor with some medicine to go for itWrite Your Answer Here
