Would recommend to consult a pediatric neurologist and developmental pediatrician would be helpful
A proper assessment is required for this and 6 months of age is not possible for a true diagnosis
Though early intervention could be very much helpful for this they could help in guiding the therapy
As far as diet is concerned you can take support of formula milk along with weaning foods which can be introduced as well
Keep a track on the weight gain on monthly basis

You should check with your doctor for the sleeping issue because the child is mostly awake and they are very energetic they sleep for at least 8 to 10 hours of course and but most of the times they are awake only apart from that if your child is not gaining weight I recommended to start giving powder milk to the child for epilepsy you’ll have to consult a specific doctor For autism I can recommend to go for a homeopathic Doctor Who has knowledge about it and the child is going to get better over the period with right medicines and proper precautions
