Kirti ChandwalkerMom of 3 children3 years agoA. as your baby is just 3 months old baby will take time to to get fat and right now you should concern about babies weight and activities that baby keeps on doing don't worry about fat body if you are breastfeeding mum then you should keep yourself well hydrated and have protein rich diet
