#asktheexperts My baby(11months) is not sleeping for longtime in the nights and demanding feed every 2hours..Please suggest the needful thank you

A. hi parent it is happned due to hunger please give easily digestible food like curd rice and khichdi vegetable soup and upma daliya mash etc you can give small quantity of soji halva sira rab laddu and pancakes and sabudam porridge etc you can give cup of warm milk with his favorite flavor milk powder before going to bed
