SandhyaMom of a 8 yr 10 m old girl3 years agoA. Hi, if you are giving iron syrup then baby will pass motion in black colour. If the consistency of the motion is normal then nothing to worry. if the consistency is watery and if there is an any blood stains in the stool then you need to consult paediatrician. Give adequate liquid and fibre rich food. Include banana in morning snacks every day.
