#asktheexperts my 9 month old baby is waking up frequently at nights even though she is full. How to make her sleep at a stretch? We also maintain a fixed bed time routine.

Give proper dinner which keeps your child full and the child will sleep better usually it’s common to be seen that kids do wake up to take a feed from time to time in this age which is normal it is going to get better over the period but right now it’s very normal to be seen
