Nezoral is a pharmacy product approved by the Dr so if you would be interested in going ahead with that I would highly recommend you try this shampoo for your child and try using it straight for 21 days in a stretch which will help in reducing the problem of dandruff and after that you can apply it twice or twice in a week as to you like
