#asktheexperts my 7 month old slept early today as from expected time as I've started the sleep routine but he woke up frequently at night till early morning being fussy. what would be the reason and how to solve this issue?

Maybe your child is feeling hungry on and off which is why your child wakes up in the middle of the night which is a normal situation to be seen so there’s nothing wrong in it and when you’re trying to set a sleep schedule and make your child sleep at least at nine or so in the night this way after taking proper feed the child would sleep for a better duration
