Q.

#asktheexperts My 7 month old baby is having red rashes on his face since yesterday. Now it is on his legs, thighs, arms and shoulders as well. He has been having loose stools for the last few days as well and it has increased now. He had mild fever last night which subsided after I gave him crocin drops. Otherwise he is active and is behaving as usual. He is also teething. What can be the cause?

A. hi dear A food allergy rash is raised, very itchy, and usually red or pink. It creates red, raised bumps on the skin. These bumps are usually rounded, and often have red flares around them. They are usually called hives, but are sometimes called wheals, urticaria or nettle rash.
