Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 7 m old boy1 Year agoA. apply a moisturizer (e.g., atogla, venussia, sebamed) or virgin coconut oil to the skin 4-5 times daily to prevent dryness and rashes. use moisturizing soap and avoid products causing allergies or rashes. refrain from using hard water for bathing.c
