ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom a little bit of spit is fine .. especially if its curdled then not an issue . As it’s the digested part of the milk , it generally occurs due to reflux action as the baby is in a lying down position try to elevate the baby head a little while feeding
