#asktheexperts My 5 month old Baby's formula milk intake has gone down from approx 900ml a day to 800 ml a day. I am thinking of starting solids. Is it fine if we give Apple and Banana. How do we prepare the solid food and how much to feed my baby? Will the solids bridge this nutrition gap?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. better to start after 6 monty of age. Try to feed in dark room..play some sof white noice.
You can also dream feed your baby to improve ilk itake.
