#Asktheexperts my 45 day old baby was doing green watery poop so doc prescribed walamycin syrup , so plz tell me for how long I will give walamycin to my baby ?

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Green colour Motion is normally seen in babies and mostly it may be due to less feeding or formula milk feeding babies.
If it is associated with mucous and foul smell in motionx than theregy could be some infection.

Hi If it is a course of antibiotic then it is given for minimum three days and maximum five days after that you’ll have to stop giving it to the child also I would like to tell you that when you take a medicine from your doctor you please make sure for how long do you need to give it to the child because we cannot assist you on that only a Doctor Who prescribes medicine can give you correct guidance on that
