NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. hello ypu can use baby hair oil which contains tea tree oil whch can help to prevent the dandruff problem in babies and then you an upd wash it off using a mild and gentle baby shampoo which would be helpful to prevent the dandruff problem
