ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician3 years agoA. baby is 3 month Weight gain depeens upon birth weight and maturity of the baby if the baby is active and feeding adequately don't worry about it feed for 10 to 15 min from each side

Jasmine KaurTrying To Conceive3 years agoA. Hello dear parent, a baby should be double his birth weight at 6th month of age. Also if your baby is urinating 8 to 10 times in the day then your baby is well fed and well hydrated.
But if all that is not happening then you can guve formula milk to your baby.
