Q.

#asktheexperts My 3 month old daughter sleeps for 3-4 hours at stretch and feeds 6-7 times a day. Is this routine ok for her? I wanted to add additional feed for her to gain weight. she is 3.6 kgs now.

A. right now till six months it is recommended to exclusively breast feeding.. mother milk helps in weight gain.. baby has good weight.. day time the feeding gap should be around 2-3hrs and the night time gap may be around 4-5hrs..
