Rashmi GuptaMom of a 12 yr old girl5 hours agoA. A lot of dark colour in the urine is seen if the child is not hydrated so try to give proper feeding to the child which will help in maintaining hydration and if you want you can always crosscheck with your doctor in case of any doubt
