#asktheexperts my 3 month baby continuesly suck his 2 fingers in mouth, I tried it to leave many time but he cries when I caught his hand

A. Early infants do not have proper neuromuscular control of tongue and buccal muscle moments resulting excessive salivation follow by drooling. In this stage of development baby started recognising own body parts by putting in mouth. It doesn't need any medication.

A. hi dear There's nothing inherently wrong or bad about your baby sucking on their hand or fingers. You should, however, make sure that: your baby's hands are clean. they aren't in any pain or discomfort.
